Q: What's in the box?
A: All the boxes contain a pouch of shredded or chunked pre-cooked jackfruit along with a gravy paste if you've opted for one of the flavours.
Q: How long is the shelf life?
A: The shelf life of the raw jackfruit is up to 1 year from the date of manufacturing
Q: Does it require refrigeration?
A: No, it does not require refrigeration if unopened. Once opened, it needs to be stored in the fridge. But it never in recorded history has it been witnessed that someone hasn't demolished the entire portion in the same sitting.
Q: Do we add preservatives to the jackfruit to get this long shelf life?
A: No, we don't use any preservatives or anything artificial. We get this long a shelf life from the packaging process we use for our jackfruit i.e retorting. A little fun fact: this form of packaging was developed to provide sustenance for astronauts who were off to space for extended periods of time, as once the food is retorted properly it becomes impervious to changes in the external atmosphere such as temperature, pressure and loss of gravity. It truly is a marvel of modern technology.

Do you ship anywhere in India?
Currently we ship our nuggets and samosas only in Mumbai. The other products i.e the jackfruit original and Chettinad and Tawa Fry can be shipped pan-India.
How much does shipping cost?
Currently there is a flat shipping fee of ₹50 on every order below ₹799. Free shipping for orders above that value.
Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
Yes, we offer COD at no extra cost.
Are there any duties and taxes?
For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of Indian taxes and GST.
How do I know my order has been placed?
Upon placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email and WhatsApp confirmation from us. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified with an email/telephone.
How do I track my order?
You can check the status of your order by opening this link and entering your 4 digit order number (Eg. #1234)
When will I receive my order?
Orders in Mumbai and Pune will be delivered within 24 hours, whereas orders from other metros will take anywhere between 2-5 days. Delivery to non-metro areas can sometimes take up to 7-8 days, depending on the state and distance from the closest metro.
