Ingredients

Ready-to-cook raw jackfruit chunks
- 1 inch ginger
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- 2 green chillis
- 3-4 tbsp of mustard oil
- 1-2 bay leaves
- 2 large onions
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 cup beaten curd
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Directions
In a pan, add the mustard oil, bay leaves and ginger, garlic and green chillies paste. Caramlise the onions in this mixture.
Add curd and all the above-mentioned dry spices to this mixture
Once the masalas have cooked, add the pre-cleaned, pre-cut and semi-cooked jackfruit chunks.
Add some water to the pan and cook for a few minutes. You’re done!
